During lockdown, like everyone else, I couldn't travel on painting holidays or create figurative paintings from life. I decided to focus on things close to home and spent a lot of time in the garden this resulted in a series of small original oil paintings of my garden sheds in the sunshine and at night, my birdhouse collection and other garden ornaments.
