The original painting which is oil on canvas was exhibited and sold at my sucessfull solo exhibition 'Beyond the Grand Canal' in Heartbreak Gallery, London.
I have visited Venice many times drawing and painting the inhabitants in their houses as an attempt to get beyond the usual tourist view of the city. On these visits I have met some very interesting people including Fiona.
